Production Engineer (SPM Machines)

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and Maintain SPM Machines: Operate Special Purpose Machines (SPM) effectively to achieve production targets. Conduct regular maintenance of machines to ensure smooth operation. Production Planning and Execution: Plan and execute production schedules in line with company objectives. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues in SPM machines. Implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. Process Improvement: Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement modifications to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Preventive Maintenance: Plan and oversee preventive maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and machine performance. Quality Control and Safety: Ensure that production output meets quality standards and specifications. Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Skills Required:

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Special Purpose Machines (SPM). Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving. Drawing and Design Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) is a plus. Analytical and Planning Skills: Excellent analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions. Strong organizational skills to manage production schedules and resources. Communication and Teamwork: Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: ?180,000.00 - ?240,000.00 per year
