Key Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor daily production activities to meet output targets.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, equipment issues, and production delays.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and operational procedures.
Analyze process performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
Maintain production records, shift logs, downtime data, and process reports.
Support in new product trials, machinery setup, and process optimization.
Train operators and shop floor staff on procedures and safety measures.
Implement 5S, lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in preventive maintenance planning and machine health monitoring.
