We are in the process of hiring Production Engineer-Mechanical to join our team. This will be a full time position based out of our facility in Chennai. We are looking for candidates with knowledge of 2D Drawings and manufacturing process such as CNC bending, VMC machining etc. Production Engineer Responsibilities: Evaluating/Create purchase orders to create suitable production schedules Estimating the amount of material and equipment required for the outsourced process Promptly addressing and resolving subcontractor/outsourced process such as Laser cutting, CNC folding, VMC machining, Milling, Anodizing and Powder Coating etc. to minimize delays in production. Coordinating production operations in accordance with material and subcontractor management. Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met. Assembling equipment, panel and product related assemblies Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to manger. Promptly informing the relevant personnel of changes to current production schedules. Planning and allocating outsourced components for production Drafting raw material cutting plans Material mangement Requirements: BE-Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Degree with relevant experience Experience / Knowledge in Sheet Metal Folding Experience in Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of material requirements planning Knowledge on AutoCAD Ability to read and understand design drawings Cont No : +91-XXXXXXXXXX Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month Schedule:
