Job Title: Mechanical Engineer / Production Engineer

Requirnments

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering or related field.

Experience: 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment (freshers can be considered for entry-level roles).

Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes like machining, welding, assembly, etc.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies (preferred).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for increased efficiency and productivity.
Design, test, and implement mechanical components or systems related to production.
Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvement or cost reduction.
Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment and machinery.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, maintenance, design, supply chain).
Assist in layout planning, material handling, and plant optimization.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action for production issues.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and production schedules.
