Qualification:

B.E. / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a production engineering role.

Key Responsibilites:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations.. Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, identifying and addressing any quality issues that arise. Investigate and resolve production-related issues, using root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Assist with troubleshooting mechanical problems during production. Manage budgets and costs associated with production, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in production processes. Prepare and submit reports on production performance, quality, and safety, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and production planning. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Proficiency in design reading, MS Office, and other production planning tools
