People management

(Responsibility for leading, motivating, training and developing the subordinates).

Monitoring & controlling to implement quality control standard Monitoring & controlling the manpower to achieve the target Monitor the production processes and check schedules as needed. Monitor productivity rates and product standards set the target at shop floor Monitor compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols Manage schedules, including coordinating staff shifts and approving time-off requests. Maintain the production Floor as per According to GMP Guideline .. Coordination with all dept like production Quality , Manufacturing etc.to achieve the all target as per company std. Address employee concerns and conflicts in a proactive, solutions-focused manner. Proper utilized manpower achieved the Target as per quality standards.
Male candidate only looking for 2 plus year of experiance in the same feild.
