Your Contribution

Responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality & Customer standards. Manage project teams, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Working in coordination with other regional and international colleagues and providing them with regular updates. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling pricing and customer-related data. In time Escalation process is to be followed to management level. Handling the customers as a single point of contact for project management. Budget & Cost Control: Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and addressing deviations. Interaction with customers for understanding the requirements & updating the status of projects.

Your Experience and Qualification

BE/B. Tech. (Mech/Automobile/Production) Minimum 8-to-12 years' experience in project management / Engineering role in automotive industry. Prefer the knowledge and experience of machining precision automotive components, like Camshaft, Crankshaft etc.... Preference will be given for the knowledge of critical assembly process (like assembled camshaft or other automotive assemblies) Involvement / experience in domestic or international relocation activity for machining plant. Knowledge of IATF 16949, GD&T, drawings, APQP, PPAP etc.... Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent organization time-management abilities. Ability to drive the team to achieve the goal.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Strong computer skills, including MS office - Tools like, Strong Excel knowledge and data management skill, PPT, SAP. Excellent communication skills: (written and verbal) to effectively convey information to stakeholders and team members. Fluent written and spoken English. Excellent organizational and time management skills: prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving and analytical skills: to identify issues and develop effective solutions. Leadership and interpersonal skills: to motivate and guide teams, build relationships, and manage conflict.
