Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive

Production Engineer

to oversee and optimize our production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain high-quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials. Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams for seamless production flow. Maintain production data and prepare performance reports. Implement and sustain 6S, Kaizen, and other productivity improvement practices. Ensure compliance with safety and quality norms. Identify and resolve production-related issues effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering. 2-5 years of relevant experience in a sheet metal or fabrication industry. Knowledge of Press Brake, Laser Cutting, Welding, and Assembly operations. Good understanding of lean manufacturing, 6S, and process improvement tools. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
