Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes for adhesive tapes, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, quality control, and maintenance to develop and implement production plans
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Continuously monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Train and supervise production operators to ensure that they adhere to production standards and meet production targets
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize production downtime
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment
- Manage factory operations including production, maintenance, safety, and logistics, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Plan and execute factory maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Develop and manage the factory budget, including operational expenses, capital expenditures, and inventory management
- Hire, train, and manage factory staff, and create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement production schedules and capacity planning to meet customer demand and optimize factory utilization
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop new products and identify opportunities for growth
- Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in adhesive tapes manufacturing industry, with factory management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of adhesive tapes manufacturing processes and equipment
- Experience in process optimization, yield improvement, and waste reduction
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with quality control systems and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in manufacturing industry
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Experience in staff management and team building
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
