Job Description

Measure the percentage of work orders, packing lists, and labels that are accurate and aligned with sales projections. Track the percentage of materials issued by the store to contractors in accordance with work orders. Monitor the percentage of Bills of Materials (BOMs) that are validated, corrected, and updated through Engineering Change Notices (ECNs). Assess the frequency and thoroughness of reviews of production process activities on the shop floor. Measure the percentage of work orders or shop floor activities closed in the SAP system within the designated timeframe. Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of serial number allocation and sticker preparation for equipment dispatch. Evaluate the adherence to the weekly production plan for fabrication, electrical, and refrigeration departments. Ensure the timely filing and accuracy of documentation related to monthly production plans and checklists. Track the efficiency of material issuances to various departments (fabrication, electrical, refrigeration, packing, accessories) on the shop floor. Measure the effectiveness of follow-up with sales for dispatch clearance, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Assess the percentage of non-movable material utilized in production processes, aiming for maximum utilization to reduce waste. Evaluate the effectiveness of communication with contractors regarding shortages of materials on the shop floor. Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of daily production reports, and ensure they are shared with relevant stakeholders promptly.
