Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer to manage day-to-day production operations in a plastic manufacturing environment. The role involves production planning, team management, raw material handling, and ensuring smooth execution of daily production plans while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute

daily production plans

in line with targets and schedules. Monitor

daily production activities

to ensure optimal utilization of manpower and machinery. Coordinate with planning, stores, and quality teams for uninterrupted production flow. Manage and guide the

production team

, including operators and helpers, to meet output and quality standards. Ensure proper

raw material planning, usage, and control

, minimizing wastage. Possess strong knowledge of

plastic raw materials

, processes, and production techniques. Handle

BGV (Blow Molding / General Value) plastic industry processes

as applicable. Maintain and submit

daily production reports

, MIS, and performance data. Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies on the shop floor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Production, Mechanical, or Plastic Engineering. Proven experience in

plastic manufacturing industry

. Strong understanding of

production planning and control

. Effective

team management and communication skills

. Knowledge of raw materials, machine operations, and production reporting. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in handling shop-floor operations. Knowledge of ERP/MIS systems for production reporting. Continuous improvement mindset.

Pay: ?11,054.03 - ?43,976.55 per month
