Arora Engineering Works is actively hiring a

Production Engineer

with strong experience in

fabrication

,

machining

,

manual & CNC machine operations

, and

mechanical production planning

. The ideal candidate will possess

5-6 years

of experience in a similar environment and be capable of handling the complete

shop floor production process

from raw material to final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities in

manufacturing and mechanical engineering operations

Operate and monitor

manual machines

,

lathe machines

,

boring machines

, and

CNC machines

Execute and optimize processes like

cutting

,

bending

,

welding

,

oil-filling

, and

finishing

Work with

casting

,

forging

, and

aluminum patterns

for industrial component manufacturing Understand

fabrication drawings

and ensure accurate interpretation of

engineering blueprints

Use precision tools like

Vernier Caliper

,

Micrometer

,

Hardness Tester

, and other measuring instruments Conduct quality checks and support

production efficiency

,

material selection

, and

workflow planning

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

5 to 6 years in a

production engineer

role in

fabrication

or

mechanical industries

Knowledge of:

Fabrication process flow

Casting and forging techniques

Material science and raw material properties

Precision measurement instruments

Manual & CNC machine tools

Production scheduling and line balancing

Strong understanding of

shop floor control

,

quality assurance

, and

preventive maintenance

Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings, CAD models, and product blueprints

Preferred Experience:

Working in industries like

heavy machinery

,

metal fabrication

,

automotive

, or

OEM manufacturing

Experience with

foundry process

,

pattern making

, and

casting applications

Familiarity with

ISO standards

,

Lean Manufacturing

, and

5S practices
