Education Required - B.Tech (Mechnical), ITI Mechnical

Responsibilities:-

Plan, manage and oversee production Develop and draught an improved production process Maximize productivity of machinery and workers Assess and analyze current production methods Determine which equipment will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility Follow product specifications and quality control measures Train, supervise, and manage production line workers Ensure the production line is adequately staffed Collaborating with Manufacturing Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and other Production

Engineers

Working with research and development staff Maintaining statistical and financial records Following safety procedures/health and safety Setting production schedules as per management targets Installing new equipment Maintaining commercial awareness Responding to issues raised by production staff using effective communication and

problem-solving skills

Completing weekend and evening work as part of a shift system Working in an efficient manner Reporting to general management
