Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Production Engineer

to oversee daily production operations, maintain production and quality documentation, and work on improving manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be actively involved on the shop floor and also ensure proper documentation and continuous improvement in productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

? Production & Shop Floor Management:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor. Ensure timely completion of production targets with proper utilization of resources. Maintain real-time data on production status, downtime, and manpower.
Documentation:

Prepare and update: Job cards and work orders Daily production reports Quality inspection reports Rework/rejection records Packing & dispatch checklists Maintain organized digital and physical records for audits and traceability.
Process Improvement:

Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the production process. Propose and implement improvements to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and improve quality. Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for preventive actions and root cause analysis.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
