Assist in setting up, operating, and improving manufacturing processes. ? Support production teams in resolving mechanical issues related to machines, jigs, and fixtures. ? Assist in line balancing, time studies, and productivity improvement initiatives. ? Work on cost reduction, cycle time reduction, and process efficiency improvement. ? Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manufacturing tolerances, and assembly requirements. ? Coordinate with design and quality teams for product development and validation. ? Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM). ? Maintain documentation such as work instructions, SOPs, and maintenance logs.
