Plan, organize, and control production processes to ensure timely output
Monitor daily production activities and achieve production targets
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage
Ensure adherence to safety standards and manufacturing SOPs
Prepare production reports and documentation
Support new product development and process trials
Qualification:
BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Required Skills:
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations
Exposure to production planning & control (PPC)
Basic understanding of quality tools and lean manufacturing
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Good communication and team management abilities
