Production Engineer

to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production processes to ensure high-quality, efficient, and timely manufacturing of drilling rigs and related components.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and monitor production activities for core drilling rigs and assemblies Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and assembly teams Prepare production schedules and ensure on-time delivery Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and lean manufacturing practices Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards Support continuous improvement and process documentation

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field Experience in heavy equipment, drilling rigs, or machinery manufacturing preferred Strong knowledge of fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly processes Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Familiarity with production planning, ERP systems, and quality control methods Strong problem-solving and communication skills
