We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Production Engineer to join our team and contribute to enhancing our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring high-quality standards, and meeting production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Supervise and manage production staff, ensuring a smooth workflow and maximum efficiency.

2)Create detailed job lists, allocate tasks, action plans and follow up to ensure targets are achieved within the set timelines.

3)Monitor the stock of raw materials to prevent any production delays.

4)Establish and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

5)Ensure that equipment is manufactured on time and meets the highest quality standards.

6)Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on project timelines and production progress.

7)Maintain regular communication with customers, keeping them informed about equipment status and ensuring all audits are managed effectively.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in production engineering, with a strong background in manufacturing equipment.

Skills:

1)Proficiency in MS Excel

2)Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

3)In-depth knowledge of production processes and equipment manufacturing.
