Perform assigned jobs and tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and achieve defined production targets.
Operate manufacturing machines and equipment during extended standing shifts of 12 hours, while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Handle chemicals or solvents safely and lift materials weighing up to 25 kg as part of routine operations.
Conduct routine equipment and machine inspections, basic maintenance, and product quality checks; promptly report any abnormalities or issues.
Strictly comply with safety, health, and housekeeping (5S) standards at all times.
Push or move heavy loads ranging from 300 kg to 400 kg for specific processes, following safety guidelines.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior, Manager, or Factory Head.
The candidate must possess:
Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a permanent day or night schedule, including rotating shifts as required.
Physical capability to stand for long hours and perform manual handling tasks.
Basic computer skills with effective use of MS Office applications.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Ability to converse in Tamil and/or Japanese will be considered an added advantage.
