Job Description

are looking for a motivated Production Engineer with basic knowledge of hydraulic systems to support manufacturing, assembly, testing, and quality processes. The candidate will assist in improving production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery of hydraulic products.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in production planning and daily shop-floor activities. Supervise assembly, testing, and installation of hydraulic components and systems. Monitor production processes to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. Support troubleshooting of hydraulic system issues and production problems. Maintain production reports, documentation, and process records. Coordinate with quality, design, and maintenance teams. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of

hydraulic systems, components, and circuits

. Understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflow. Ability to read technical drawings and hydraulic schematics. Basic problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work on the shop floor.
