Job Description

Production scheduling:

Create and adjust production schedules to meet timelines and targets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Resource and inventory management:

Monitor and manage raw material and finished product inventory levels, coordinating with procurement to order supplies and ensure materials are on hand.

Quality control:

Implement and oversee quality control measures, conducting inspections and working with teams to ensure products meet standards and minimize defects.

Communication:

Serve as a liaison between departments like manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance to communicate production goals, schedules, and any issues.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including production reports, inventory logs, and other documentation.

Problem-solving:

Track progress and proactively resolve delays, conflicts, and other issues that could disrupt production.

Process improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
