Key responsibilities

Process management

: Plan and oversee production schedules, design and modify production systems, and improve manufacturing processes.

Quality assurance

: Ensure product quality meets standards and is in compliance with all rules and regulations.

Efficiency and cost reduction

: Implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, improve safety, and lower operating costs.

Equipment maintenance

: Supervise and maintain production equipment and machinery.

Data and analysis

: Study production data, perform analysis, and use tools like CAD software for planning and design.

Team collaboration

: Work with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to solve problems and implement new strategies.

Essential skills

Technical knowledge

: Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control systems.
