JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION ENGINEER
EXPERIENCE NEEDED: MIN 5 YEARS
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Design and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
Monitor daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring smooth workflow and resolving any production issues promptly.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (quality, maintenance, planning) to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment and processes.
Analyze production data and performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment, including training operators and technicians.
Manage inventory and material flow, ensuring optimal resource utilization and minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to machinery, tools, and production systems.
Should have knowledge in heavy sheet metal engineering.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
