We are looking for dynamic and motivated Production Engineers to join our growing team and contribute to our manufacturing excellence journey.

Role Snapshot

Assist in daily production planning and operations. Monitor production line performance and ensure quality standards are met. Support senior engineers in process control, manpower allocation, and production reporting. Maintain production logs, shift reports, and assist in ERP/CRM data entry. Coordinate with the Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth workflow. Identify areas for improvement and support continuous improvement activities. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards.

Profile We Seek

Qualification:

BE/Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering.

Experience:

0-3 years in a manufacturing or building materials industry (Freshers can apply).

Skills:

Basic knowledge of production processes and tools. Strong observation and reporting abilities. Teamwork, time management, and willingness to learn. Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
