Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.

Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for wind turbine spare parts such as blades, hubs, and gear components.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and ISO quality systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime.

Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to improve product reliability and reduce costs.

Prepare and maintain production reports, process documentation, and SOPs.

Evaluate and recommend equipment upgrades or new technologies to improve productivity.

Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/engineering setup; experience in renewable energy or heavy machinery is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of CNC machining, fabrication, or casting processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
