Job Description

The Production Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role involves optimizing production operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee daily production activities to meet targets. Develop and improve production processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Monitor production equipment and perform preventive maintenance schedules. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime. Support new product development and assist in prototype manufacturing. Analyze production data and prepare reports for management review. Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize performance. Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma practices for continuous improvement. Train and guide operators/technicians to enhance productivity and skills.
