Job Description

Support production activities under the guidance of senior engineers and managers. Assist in daily production planning and scheduling based on instructions. Coordinate with stores, procurement, and maintenance teams for timely availability of materials, machines, and tools. Maintain and update basic production records, checklists, and reports. Prepare and follow job-wise checklists (Hydro Test readiness, machinery, tools, tackles, etc.) as instructed. Learn to identify critical processes, materials, or tools for each job and support preventive/corrective actions. Assist in implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure products meet standards. Monitor shop floor activities, highlight delays/issues to seniors, and support corrective actions. Follow health and safety guidelines, use PPE properly, and support safety audits. Learn lean manufacturing principles and contribute to process improvement ideas. Support efforts to minimize scrap and rework in welding, fit-up, and other processes. Prepare daily/weekly production reports and present progress to seniors. Actively learn company procedures, industry standards, and production best practices

REQUIREMENTS:-

Education

: B.E. Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

Gender Preference

: Male Candidate Freshers or candidates with

0-2 years of production experience

are eligible. Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work on shop floor and in a team-oriented environment. Strong learning attitude with commitment to safety and quality standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
