Experience

:?2 to 3 years in manufacturing, preferably in Commercial kitchen equipment, metal fabrication. Optimize manufacturing workflows to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high quality. Oversee production lines to ensure timely output and compliance with standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, quality, maintenance, procurement) to achieve production goals. Monitor and manage production lines for efficient performance, meeting output targets and quality specifications. Create and manage detailed production schedules; address issues like delays or equipment breakdowns. Identify inefficiencies using process mapping/time?studies and apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen practices to minimize waste. Coordinate pilot runs and refine workflows before full-scale deployment. Implement quality control protocols (SPC, inspections, audits), and root-cause analysis to maintain product standards. Ensure adherence to industry and food-safety regulations suitable for kitchen equipment manufacturing. Coordinate machinery upkeep and plan preventive/predictive maintenance schedules; troubleshoot technical issues rapidly to reduce downtime. Assist in evaluating and procuring new production equipment, ensuring alignment with process needs. Use data-driven insights to propose and implement improvements. Prepare and update SOPs and technical documentation for production, training and quality compliance. Conduct training for operators and technicians on safety, process changes, and SOP adherence. Liaise with R&D/design, procurement, quality control and maintenance for smooth production transitions and issue resolution. Strong
