Job Description

We are looking for a

Production Engineer

with 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in

Tooling, Press Shop operations, and Quality Instruments

. Candidates must hold a

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Tool Engineering

with a strong technical background in metal component manufacturing.

The role involves managing tool setup, die maintenance, and troubleshooting in the press shop, ensuring efficient daily production with minimal downtime. Responsibilities include using quality instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and profile projectors to inspect components and ensure adherence to dimensional and cosmetic standards.

The engineer will plan and control production schedules, optimize resource utilization, and lead improvements using Kaizen, 5S, and Poka-Yoke techniques. Coordination with quality, maintenance, and design teams is essential for addressing process issues.

The candidate must be able to maintain production reports, tool history, and documentation supporting ISO/TS/IATF audits. Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills are essential. Salary range: ?25,000-?45,000 per month.
