We are seeking an experienced and skilled technician to support our production and quality operations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of:

Mechanical and electronics assembly processes PCB handling, soldering (SMD & through-hole), and rework Quality control checks and assurance protocols Supporting junior technicians and improving assembly standards Collaborating with design and engineering teams for production readiness

Requirements & Skills

Strong knowledge of electronics and circuit behavior
Hands-on expertise in PCB assembly, soldering, and troubleshooting
Proficient in using assembly tools and testing equipment
Experience in both mechanical and electronics product assembly
Good understanding of QA/QC procedures
Ability to guide juniors and manage small assembly tasks independently

Preferred Candidates:

Experience in electronics product manufacturing Exposure to ISO processes or similar quality systems
