Responsibilities:



Process Optimization:

Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for machining and tooling operations.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Optimize machine setups, tooling, and cutting parameters to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

Tooling Management:

Design and select appropriate tooling for machining operations.

Manage tool inventory and ensure availability of necessary tools.

Implement tool maintenance and sharpening programs.

Oversee tool room operations.

Machine Shop Operations:

Plan and schedule production activities to meet production targets.

Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards.

Program CNC machines.
