We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and lead our production team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and timely production of goods Set production targets and monitor progress to ensure goals are met or exceeded Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to maximize performance and productivity Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular inspections Prepare and maintain production reports and records to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering. Proven experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and production management software
