Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced

Production Engineer

for our

Distribution Transformer Manufacturing Unit

in Tenali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end production planning, quality control, team coordination, and process monitoring to ensure timely dispatch and compliance with IS standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Control

Execute daily production plans as per dispatch schedules Coordinate with Winding, Core Building, Assembly, Oil Filling, Tanking, and Testing departments Ensure timely availability of materials like copper, core laminations, tanks, bushings, and transformer oil

Quality & Process Monitoring

Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with IS standards and company SOPs Inspect components before assembly to maintain quality workmanship Monitor productivity, efficiency, and reduce rework

Team Coordination & Safety

Supervise technicians and shop-floor teams Train workers on safety practices and process improvements Ensure compliance with plant safety norms

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily production and material consumption reports Report issues related to manpower, materials, or machinery Assist during internal and external quality audits

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Strong knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes Hands-on experience in core-coil assembly, brazing, oil filling, tanking, and testing Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
