Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in a Production or Manufacturing Engineering role (preferably in Electronics or Relay Manufacturing).

Role and Responsibility:

Monitor and control relay assembly and testing operations. Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved with minimal downtime. Lead daily line meetings and communicate performance metrics. Analyse manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives. Reduce waste, improve cycle times, and optimize layout and workflow. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure all relay products meet quality standards. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with maintenance teams to address equipment issues promptly Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Provide technical support and training to production staff.
