Experience:

Minimum 1 year

Education Background Required

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning and Oversight:

Plan, schedule, and supervise production operations to meet deadlines efficiently.

Process Optimization:

Continuously improve workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.

Quality Assurance:

Enforce quality standards through regular inspections and ensure readiness for dispatch.

Resource Management:

Manage raw materials, inventory, and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement while ensuring proper maintenance of equipment.

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and evaluate the production team to ensure high performance and collaboration across departments.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor production progress, identify improvement areas, and generate detailed reports for management.

Collaboration:

Work closely with R&D, procurement, logistics, and repair teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic components. Proficiency in production management and process optimization. Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English. Effective team management and leadership abilities.
