We are pleased to inform you that we have an opening for the position of

Production Engineer

at our Shimogga, Karnataka facility.

Education Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical

Experience

Minimum 2 years of production experience

Language Requirement:

Kannada (Mandatory), English & Hindi

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. Liaise with engineers to improve production, costs, and labor requirements. Develop process improvements to maximize equipment and material utilization. Identify unsafe operations and report immediately to the Manager. Establish safety procedures and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Perform engineering analysis to minimize downtime and outages. Implement cost reduction measures while maintaining quality standards. Train and guide team members to achieve production goals. Develop best practices to enhance production capacity, quality, and reliability. Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.

Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for production reporting and calculations. Ability to prepare and maintain production reports.

Shift Timings:

Rotational shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
