to oversee and manage our complete production operations. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for
production planning, job card issuance, UPC coordination, production line oversight, quality control, manpower management, and factory floor standards
. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production workflows, meet daily/weekly targets, and uphold high standards of quality and cleanliness across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Execution
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with order and inventory requirements.
Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to meet changing demands.
Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
Job Card & Process Oversight
Issue and track job cards for all production batches.
Monitor progress at each production station and ensure timely completion.
Ensure accurate printing and application of UPC (Universal Product Code) labels.
Shop Floor Management
Supervise and streamline operations across all production stations, ensuring SOPs are followed.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe factory floor conditions at all times.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and identify areas for process improvement.
Quality Control
Set and enforce quality standards across the production process.
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure immediate resolution of defects.
Work closely with the QA team to maintain consistency and minimize rework/rejections.
Production Targets & Efficiency
Track and ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly production targets.
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase output and reduce downtime.
Maintain and analyze production reports and metrics.
Manpower Planning & Coordination
Assess and ensure optimal manpower allocation for all shifts.
Coordinate with HR for staffing, training, and performance monitoring of production staff.
Foster a positive and disciplined work culture among the production team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or related field.
2+ years of experience in production or plant operations management.
Strong knowledge of production planning tools, process flow, and quality systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and deliver within deadlines.
Proficiency in using ERP software and MS Office tools.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with standard working hours i.e. 09 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
