Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Engineer with a mechanical background to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production processes to ensure high-quality output and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage production schedules to meet output targets. Supervise and monitor the performance of production lines and workers. Ensure that health and safety regulations are met. Identify and resolve any production issues or machinery faults. Maintain and improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow. Implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase productivity. Coordinate with the quality assurance team to maintain product standards. Collaborate with the design and maintenance teams to improve tooling and equipment. Maintain production documentation, reports, and records.

Qualifications:

Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. 1-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing preferred (freshers may also apply). Knowledge of manufacturing processes like welding, machining, assembly, etc. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
