Job Explanation & Preferred Skills / Expertise: Key Roles & Responsibilities / Result Areas: * Knowledge of welding process. * Knowledge of OHSAS, TS, SAP. * Knowledge of fixtures, tools and machines related to fabrication shop. * Knowledge about sheet metal/ fabrication domain. * Knowledge of surface treatment like powder coating, plating etc. Functional Competencies Required: * Should be capable of handling - Manpower. * Controlling and maintaining daily production plan and assigning proper jobs to the operators on shop floor. * Ensuring timely production, right quality and on time delivery. * Managing relevant manpower and resource planning. * Ensuring to update & share the \'Individual Production Reports\' on a timely basis and accurately. * Ensuring to manage all respective reports & database, as per ISO-standards, on a periodic basis. * Ensuring OEE, safety at plant, S Behavioral Competencies Required: * Should be ready to work in shift. * Ready to relocate/Travel in Talegaon. * Should arrange his own vehicle. * Good communication skill in English, Hindi & Marathi. Eligible Education Qualification: * Diploma in Mechanical /BE / Production /Manufacturing
