We are hiring a Production Engineer with experience in the
Polymer Adhesives sector
. The role includes managing production activities, ensuring product quality, and improving manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily production of polymer adhesive products
Ensure quality, safety, and process compliance
Monitor efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes
Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Maintenance teams
Manage raw material usage, inventory, and production planning
Track KPIs and support reporting and capacity planning
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Polymer Adhesives / Chemical Production
Relevant engineering qualification
Good knowledge of production processes and quality control
