Should have good technical knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings and be able to read and execute the drawings,
?Day-to-day planning and managing manpower handling.
?Knowledge of material inspection, supervising Labour teams, and overall good communication skill.
? Ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with the drawings.
?Manage and maintain accurate records, including documentation and drawings.
?Must have good communication skills and computer knowledge. (Auto CAD)
Qualifications and Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
?At least 2 years of experience in the construction of PEB projects.
?Experience in managing and supervising a team of Contractual workers.
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
