Job Description

Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot

CNC Lathe, VMC, and conventional machines

. Prepare and review

production plans, schedules, and daily reports

. Ensure components are manufactured as per

engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality standards

. Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams for efficient production. Optimize process parameters to reduce cycle time and improve productivity. Conduct

root-cause analysis

for production issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain machinery, tools, and equipment in good working condition. Ensure adherence to workplace safety rules and 5S standards. Inspect incoming raw materials and finished goods for quality compliance. Work on

continuous improvement (KAIZEN, Lean Manufacturing)

initiatives.

Skills Required:

Strong mechanical knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, cutting parameters, and machining operations. Ability to read

engineering drawings, GD&T

, and use measurement instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge). Production planning & workflow management. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of quality processes like

ISO, 5S, SPC

. Good communication and team coordination.
