Service Engineer-CEFP need to study, adopt process, and give output based on Service requirement in pressurized assemblies/parts. He/she also modifies/repair/replaces existing products to make it usable with durability and increase efficiency or improve performance. He/she works on almost every part related to CNG, LPG, LNG products with large-scale production., He/she shall have hands on experience from Oil & gas and Chemical equipment to hydrocarbon appliances.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Adhere safety for all the high-pressure products during assembly, testing, packing and delivery.
• Raw material storage for all parts and sub assembly storage before completing finished goods.
• Assembly process and per standard operating procedure.
• Service material storage with stamps and serial numbers.
• Documents and certification for dispatched materials.
• Material Planning for Service material production.
• Indent raise for required parts as per rolling forecast.
• Assemblies & Servicing for CNG, LPG, LNG products
• All ISO documents and SOP's updating as per required standards.
• Major customer TPI for service material will be conducted as per requirements.
• Testing Machine & Parameters shall be adhered to as per standard requirement.
• Service material dispatch flow will be managed as per forecast and monthly planning.
• All Products Laser Marking based on Service plan.
• All Products BOM & assembly updates as per Engineering.
• Pull testing performed for breakaways as and when required.
• All Products Testing as per standard operating procedure.
• Storage of Service Stock.
• All Products Packing.
• All Products Dispatch to customer on time.
• Service Certificates generate & share to Customer Support.

Required Qualification and Skills Set:

• Minimum Qualification - BE Mechanical with 2 years' Experience/Diploma Mechanical with 3 Years Experience
• Should be able to work on ERP, Excel, PPT, etc.
• A creative flair and Production ability
• Good visual and spatial awareness
• Attention to detail for service products.
• Problem solving
• Written and oral communication
• Productions skills
• Time management and organizational skills
