Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization:

Designing, implementing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Production Planning & Monitoring:

Creating and managing daily production schedules to meet targets and supervising the overall production cycle.

Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:

Identifying and resolving issues that arise during production to reduce downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Resource Management:

Allocating and optimizing the use of raw materials, machinery, and manpower for cost-effective production.

Equipment Maintenance:

Overseeing the maintenance and repair of production machinery to prevent breakdowns.

Cost Reduction:

Analyzing production costs and implementing strategies to reduce expenses and improve profit margins.

Team Collaboration:

Working with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and quality control, to coordinate activities and achieve production goals.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensuring all production activities adhere to national and organizational health, safety, and environmental policies.

Training:

Instructing staff on new equipment, updated production processes, and safety protocols.

Technical Knowledge:

A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, mathematics, physics, and mechanics.
