Job Description

- Review and approve of work instructions for different work stations depending upon work orders issued, Drawings received from Engineering and heat treatment setup sheets received from quality control.

- Allocation of work to the shift In-charges.

- Ensure the processes are carried out in accordance with the manufacturing traveler, Quality plan and production schedules.

- To maintain quality of the products manufactured in the shop.

- Planning of resources for manufacturing of different products.

- Study of consumption pattern of tooling and consumables on monthly basis.

- Study of operator analysis on monthly basis.

- Approval and implementation of shop floor procedures and work instructions.

- Control of documents.

- Initiation of corrective actions and investigation.

- Handling and preservation of in-process material.

- House keeping and safety.

- Co-ordination with other departments.

- Training needs.

- Should have working knowledge on CNC machines/programming

-Should have knowledge on ISO 9001:2015 documentation

-Should have knowledge on API specs 5DP and 5CT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
