Roles & Responsibility:

- Manage the smooth and efficient manufacturing of goods.

- Collaborate with management to understand objectives and requirements.

- Regularly Monitor Consumption of Material

- Control of Scrap, Rework & Rejection to Improvise Productivity.

- Manpower Management & Conducting Daily review meetings with workman to achieve Business Goals.

- Coordination with Interdepartment for smooth operations.

- To Ensure Machine & Manpower Safety at all times.

- Divide responsibilities and tasks across the Supervisors to make production more efficient.

- Control of Absenteeism and Overtime working (OT Hours).

- Achieve Production efficiency as per management goals and objectives.

Maintain 5S in Shop Floor

- Prepare Production reports as per MIS.

- Hourly Monitoring of Production.

- Control of Scrap, Rework & Rejection to Improvise Productivity in coordination with Quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
