Job Description

:
Plan and execute daily production activities as per targets
Supervise fabrication processes such as cutting, bending, welding, and assembly
Coordinate with fabrication, welding, and finishing teams
Ensure production as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor machine utilization, manpower efficiency, and material usage
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase productivity
Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation
Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and shop-floor discipline
Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and stores for smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or Production Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in production/manufacturing/Quality
Fabrication experience preferred (sheet metal, welding, structures)
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
