Job Role:
We are looking for a qualified Production Planner to organize production according to demand and
quality standards. You will be the one to ensure our goods are produced on time for distribution in a
profitable manner.

An excellent production planner is well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them.
They are organized and results-driven with great problem-solving skills. Advanced communication and
computer skills are very useful for the role.

The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
\xef\x82\xb7 Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
\xef\x82\xb7 Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
\xef\x82\xb7 Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
\xef\x82\xb7 Schedule shift according to production needs
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
\xef\x82\xb7 Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
\xef\x82\xb7 Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and submit status and performance reports
\xef\x82\xb7 Keep paperwork organized
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with quality control, FG stores and other department.
\xef\x82\xb7 Present Monthly MIS.
\xef\x82\xb7 Achieve target set for the department.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
\xef\x81\xb6 Experience should be from manufacturing industry only & first preference will be from springs
manufacturing field.
\xef\x81\xb6 Degree in Engineering - production
\xef\x81\xb6 Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power point, & Etc.
\xef\x81\xb6 Proven experience in the engineering field.
\xef\x81\xb6 Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
\xef\x81\xb6 Strong leadership abilities.
\xef\x81\xb6 Superb written and verbal communication skills.
\xef\x81\xb6 Ability to make decisions under pressure.
\xef\x81\xb6 Peoples handling skill
\xef\x81\xb6 Self-motivated, flexible, proactive and committed
\xef\x81\xb6 Fluent in Languages \xe2\x80\x93 English, Hindi
