We are looking for a

Production Engineer

with hands-on experience in wooden, metal, and fabrication-based production processes. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, maintaining production quality, coordinating with the shop floor team, and ensuring timely completion of manufacturing tasks. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage production operations on the shop floor
Work with wooden, metal, and fabrication processes
Ensure product quality and adherence to production standards
Coordinate with design, quality, and assembly teams
Improve production efficiency and reduce wastage
Maintain production reports and daily documentation

Required Skills:

Experience in wood/metal/fabrication manufacturing
Understanding of production tools, machinery, and processes
