Production Engineer

to join our boiler parts manufacturing team, where you will play a key role in overseeing shop floor operations, optimizing production processes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety; this role is ideal for engineering graduates eager to apply their knowledge of industrial machinery, machining, welding, and assembly while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, troubleshoot equipment issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate with design and maintenance teams for smooth workflow and machinery upkeep. Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity. Supervise shop floor activities including assembly, machining, and fabrication of boiler parts. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Prepare production reports and maintain documentation for audits and quality checks. Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and support preventive maintenance schedules. Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) 0-2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial machinery Knowledge of manufacturing processes Basic understanding of boilers, pressure vessels, or heavy industrial equipment preferred

Salary

: INR 15,000 - INR 25,000 per month
